DeRosa named VP of Greenfield Savings Bank

CLAREMONT — Greenfield Savings Bank of Greenfield, Massachusetts, announces the hiring of Kevin M. DeRosa as vice president for the Retail Distribution Network. Kevin will be responsible for overseeing the retail operations of all Greenfield Savings Bank offices and the bank’s contact center, which includes teller and customer service in the lobbies, the call center, and the teller services offered through the Bank’s network of Teller Connect ATMs. Teller Connect ATMs provide Greenfield Savings Bank teller service via video.

Howland, president and CEO of Greenfield Savings Bank. “Kevin’s experience in managing bank retail operations and customer contact centers, as well as his commitment to excellent customer service, mirror our Bank’s core values.”

Kevin earned a bachelor of science degree in Business Finance and an masters of buisness administration from the University of New Hampshire. He has graduated from the CUNA Management School as a Certified Credit Union Executive and has also earned the designation of Credit Union Compliance Expert. He has recently received a National Excellence Award from the Credit Union National Association for developing a solutions-based sales program.

Kevin is also an Adjunct Professor at Vermont State Colleges and at the Community College System of New Hampshire where he has taught since 2014.

Born in Kansas City, Missouri, Kevin grew up in Buffalo, New York, before moving to Claremont where he currently lives with his wife and family and their two dogs. He is very active volunteering in the Claremont area at Riverstone Church and has been a past board member/treasurer of the Greater Claremont Chamber of Commerce. He is also a past member of the Norwich, Vermont, Business Council. Kevin looks forward to getting involved in the communities in both Franklin and Hampshire counties.

His hobbies are woodworking, following New England sports, and participating in many outdoor activities with his family.
