Patrick Kelly and Avery Bean led the Yellow Jackets over Randolph and Brattleboro at Maple Lanes on Saturday morning. Windsor received the No. 1 seed after the individual portion and the bye for the baker potion while No. 2 seeded Randolph would take down short-handed No. 3 seed Brattleboro in two games (169-142, 192-126)
Yellow Jacket senior Patrick Kelly had quite a day for Steve Bly’s team. Kelly’s 279 string tied him for second in highest game in Vermont state history and a Windsor record while the 495 series is the state’s fifth highest ever.
Randolph would take the Yellow Jackets to three games however Windsor would prevail and take first on the day.
Game 1: Randolph 138, Windsor 124. Game 2: Windsor 200, Randolph 139. Game 3: Windsor 164, Randolph 148.
Windsor was paced by Kelly: 216 and 279; Bean: 160 and 181; and Alyssa St. Louis; 171 and 161.
Baley Eddie, Roxie Sherwin, Victoria Feickert, Sam Jarvis and Ben Miller round out the Windsor squad.
