Local Roundup: Wildcat Stewart hits 1,000th point

The Fall Mountain Lady Wildcats were led by Nora Dunnigan’s 17 points and Avery Stewart’s 16 points during their 50-12 win over Hillsboro-Deering on Monday.

The Hillcats were led by Emily Howell’s six points.

During the first quarter of the game, Avery Stewart scored her 1,000th career point.

Windsor girls beat Thetford Academy, 62-41Elliot Rupp racked up an impressive statline of 22 points, seven rebounds, six assists, and five steals, Reese Perry added 12 points, 15 rebounds, and four steals.

Karen Kapuscinski scored eight points and four rebounds. Peyton Richardson had six points, four assists, and four steals.

Sydney Perry secured 10 rebounds and three steals.

Conant 46, Stevens 35Jordan Nagle had 17 points to lead the Orioles (5-6) to a home win.

Conant led 20-15 at the half and slowly pulled away.

Hunter LaRocque had 11 points and Cooper Moote added 9 for the Cardinals (7-4), who host Newport Friday.
