Langdon is the place to be on Saturday night as a showdown between two super rival schools will take place on the hardwood.
No. 2 seed Fall Mountain Lady Wildcats will host the No. 7 seed Stevens Cardinals in the “Den at 6 p.m” on Saturday with the winner heading to the New Hampshire Division III semifinals at Bedford High School on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
Fall Mountain finished the regular season with a 14-1 record while Stevens ended with a 12-4 record.
These teams met only once this season with FM winning in Claremont way back on Dec. 14 by a 47-35 score.
There is no limit on crowd size but you will need to wear a mask.
Fall Mountain advances while Newport bows out of playoffs
The Wildcats left little doubt who would be moving onto the next round after exploding out of the gate in the second half to grab a 30-point lead and coasting to an opening round win over Belmont 53-17.
Avery Stewart finished with 12 points, Nora Dunnigan 11 points, Clara Stewart 10 points and Makenna Grillone finished with 8 points.

Division IV seeding has been announced. The Sunapee Lakers girls have ended up with the No. 10 seed and will head to face No. 7 Colebrook on Monday at 6 p.m.
