Ruth Ellen (Ellie) Osuch

Ruth Ellen (Ellie) Osuch NEWPORT – Ruth Ellen (Ellie) Osuch, died peacefully on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at her home in Newport. Ellie was a sweet and kind-hearted woman. Ellie was born in January 1957 in Philadelphia, PA. She was preceded by her husband Gary Davis, her parents, Theodore and Constance Osuch, sister and brother, Cheryl and Robert Osuch, and son Corey Davis. Ellie led a busy and active life, growing up in PA, moving to NH in ’78, where she met and married her husband. She treasured spending time with her children and caring for grandchildren. She was an avid gardener, loved reading, cooking, and volunteering at her church. Ellie also enjoyed hiking and walking. She cherished spending her summers on Lake Sunapee with her family. Ellie graduated from Lower Moreland High School continuing her education at Montgomery County Community College and acquiring her AD in Business Administration and Management at River Valley Community College. Ellie is survived by her three children, daughter, Amanda Carney, her husband Phillip and their four children, daughter Samantha Gambino and her significant other, Doug and their two children, daughter Naomi Gambino and her significant other, Nathan and her three children; her sisters, Cynthia Covel, Suzanne Osuch, Elizabeth Jarkowsky and Katherine Ehrig; nieces and nephews, and many extended family and friends. A celebration of Ellie’s life will be held at 2pm on October 8th, 2022, at the Lake Sunapee Baptist Church in Newport. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, please donate to Lake Sunapee Baptist Church or the American Cancer Society.
