Bellows Falls Post 37 on Monday defeated Manchester Union Underground 7 to 2 at Hadley Field. With the win Bellows Falls keeps their playoff hopes alive.

The game was tied 1 to 1 before Bellows Falls scored 5 runs in the 4th. Manchester added a run in the 5th and Bellows Falls scored 1 in the 6th

Jack Cravinho went the distance for the win, Jack McCoy took the loss for Manchester

TUESDAY

Post 37 defeated Bennington Post 13 on Tuesday 9 to 4.

Cam Boardman paced Bellows Falls with six strong innings on the mound, while Grady Lockerby and Elliott Graham did their jobs at the plate with both hitting triples and driving in two runs each. The

They are currently tied for 2nd place with White River & Manchester. On Saturday they have a double header with White River at Hadley 12N start 1st game.

Southern American Legion Baseball Standing. The 1st 3 teams make the State Tournament from the South because the Host Lake Region gets an automatic bid

3- Manchester is 8- 4

4- Bellows Falls is 8-4 (after Tuesday’s action)

5- Rutland is 5-8 trailing by 4 games

6- Bennington stands at 3-9 5.5 games back

7- Lakes Region (Host Automatic Bid to State Tournament) is 2-10
