CLAREMONT — For the first time since 1995, Stevens’ Women’s Soccer Head Coach Tim St. Pierre will be coaching a team in Division 3. “It was class “I” when I last coached against these teams and with us shifting into D3, it will be a whole new learning curve,” said St. Pierre.

The Cardinals lost eight seniors from last year’s playoff team, but the attitude this year is upbeat. “There have been some big changes without those seniors, but this is a solid group of players, I think we will surprise some people,” said senior net-minder Hailey Knight.

The Cardinals head to Berlin on Saturday with five seniors leading the way on a deep team of 15 players. “This might be a rebuilding year or a reloading year for us but if we play the way I know we can, this will be a good year for Stevens soccer,” said St. Pierre.
