“The reality of an abortion is no easy decision. The fact that people think a woman would terminate at nine months is ludicrous from an emotional perspective. I’m voting yes because the medical community has a lot of checks and balances and it’s safe. If a woman needs to make that decision it is her right and we have to trust them. We trust women to parent and do all these things and we need to trust them to make the right choice. I don’t think the government should intervene.”

“I’m voting yes. That article states that we will have reproductive rights in the State Of Vermont.
Because I am a woman and I believe I have a right to choose my healthcare and with HIPAA
I don’t need to discuss anything with anyone besides my doctor. I don’t think the government has any right to get involved in my personal health care.”
Nancy Anderson
“Whatever is in support of women’s reproductive rights is what I support.”

“It’s hard to say where I would stand on that bill in and of itself because politicians tend to hide stuff in a bill. So, it’s not always as clear cut as you and I would like to say, as to what is, where the line is but how they are going to use it for their political means.”

“My thoughts are that all life is special and nobody should kill that. But I think at the same time if you get raped than that’s bad too. But you can always just go right away and get a pill to prevent conception. But if you conceive there’s lots of people who would be happy to adopt your baby. Let it live.”
Barbara Rohrbach
If you have the baby and you’re even at any stage, there’s definitely always adoption. You could just wait it out and plenty of people would be happy to adopt your baby if they can’t have one of their own.”
