Janet Perry Fisk SPRINGFIELD, VT -Janet Perry Fisk passed away on March 20th at Portsmouth Hospital. Born in Springfield, Vermont on August 29, 1938, she was a resident of Charlestown, New Hampshire for 60 years. She is the daughter of Clarence and Eileen (Sample) Perry and was raised by her grandmother Minnie Perry on the neighboring farm on the Old Connecticut River Road in Springfield. She was predeceased by her husband Albert Orin Fisk Jr. of Charlestown whom she married in 1956, her sisters Gladys Perry Grenier, Shirley Perry Lilley, Theresa Blais Fagens, and Angel Blais Jefts, and brothers Raymond Blais, Andrew Blais, Paul Blais, John Blais, and Norman Rolfe. She is survived by one sister Marlene Millay and her husband Larry Millay, and by one brother Adrian “Butch” Perry. She is also survived by her children: Terri Fisk, Lynne Fisk, Albert Orin Fisk III and his partner Julie Hogan, grandchildren: Erica Stupka-Fisk, her husband Dennis Stupka-Fisk and great-grandson Christo Stupka-Fisk, Hailey Fisk, her partner Donnie Lennox and two great-granddaughters Ava Bell and Sophia Lennox, Melissa Barrows and her partner Joseph Cockwill and two great-granddaughters Videl Stewart and Alyss Cockwill, Michelle Barrows and her partner Philip Peters, Clayton Fisk and his wife Michelle Fisk and two great-grandsons Wyatt Fisk and Finlee Fisk, Duncan Fisk and his wife Ashley Fisk, Jesse Fisk and his partner Julianna Bowman, and Jarrett Fisk and his partner Riley Leining. Additionally she is survived by three sister-in-laws Polly, Ginny, and Marilyn, cousins, nieces and nephews, and her caring neighbor and former daughter-in-law Vicki Fisk. In addition to working for the Fall Mountain Superintendent’s Office, Mathesons, Bemis Hardware, The Depot Homecenter, and Whelen, Janet spent 20 years serving the people of Charlestown in the Post Office. She was an active member of the Charlestown Congregational Church. A Graveside Service will be held in the Spring.
