Lisa L. (Lemieux) Viens CLAREMONT, NH -Lisa Louise (Lemieux) Viens, 62, Claremont, NH, passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023. Lisa was born on May 23, 1961 in Claremont, NH to Gilles and Joanne Lemieux. She graduated from Stevens High School, Class of 1979. Lisa was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She loved all animals especially her cats. She enjoyed reading books, Christian music, kayaking, nature excursions with her partner, Fred, reading her Bible, concerts with her daughter, FaceTiming with her grandkids, and spending time with family and friends. She always looked forward to game nights with her loved ones. Lisa will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her two children, Krista Viens, of Claremont, NH and Brandon Viens, and his wife Leanne and their three children; Chandler, Mason and Lacey of Knoxville, TN, Brandon and Krista’s father David Viens, of Claremont, NH, Lisa’s father, Gilles Lemieux, of Claremont, NH, her brother, Michael Lemieux and his wife Beth, of Claremont, NH, her brother in law Roger Chicoine, of Surry, NH, her partner Fred Gregoire, of Claremont, NH, as well as many nieces and nephews she cherished. She is predeceased by her mother, Joanne Lemieux of Claremont, NH and her sister Angela Chicoine of Surry, NH, and her Nana, Fannie Dubois of Claremont, NH. A funeral mass for Lisa will be held on Saturday, June 24th, at 11 AM at Saint Mary’s Church in Claremont, NH. There will be a celebration of life to follow at the Lemieux’s property, 519 Jarvis Hill Road, Claremont, NH 03743. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the River Valley Animal Protection League, 60 Cummings Ave, Charlestown, NH 03603.
