The Upper Valley Aquatic Center Swim Team, based out of the White River Junction, Vermont, has a new swim team season running and is registering swimmers for their new Flex Program.
This program allows Flex-registered swimmers to attend up to two practices per week for Developmental Age Group or up to three practices per week for Junior and Senior Age Groups at the White River Junction location.
The program allows for a flexible schedule and can adjust around the summer plans of a busy family, while still allowing swimmers to compete in all of the local Southern Vermont Swim League and Vermont Swim Association league meets.
The season runs until August 6.

This summer, the Upper Valley Aquatic Center race series will be open to Flex-registered swimmers
The center will host the Saturday races on July 5,12 and 26, during practice. The races will offer an opportunity for swimmers to compete, earn points and win prizes.
Everyone on the team is welcome and encouraged to participate and win prizes based on their personal best times and summer improvements.
Every race day will have prizes rewarding individual progress and a grand prize will be awarded at the end of the season.
