The Springfield Rotary Club honored three scholarship recipients at its June 13 weekly meeting at the Crown Point Country Club.
Amon Chumba, Thomas Czwakiel and Alexis Tewksbury were each awarded a $2,000 Rotary scholarship.
Chumba will major in biology and pre med at the University of Massachusetts; Czwakiel will major in secondary education, social studies, at Keene State College; and Tewksbury will prepare for a nursing career at Coastal Carolina University.
The scholarship were funded by the Springfield Rotary Penny Sale, which will return in October.
