Fear not! Meet Ham Gillett, the Outreach Coordinator for Southern Windsor/Windham Counties and Greater Upper Valley solid waste management districts. Ham will provide you with a brief overview of Vermont’s Universal Recycling Law (Act 148) and address all of your questions and concerns.
