Eagle Times Staff
SPRINGFIELD, VT — Learn more about Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire at 1 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 21, at the Springfield Town Library.

Visiting Nurse and Hospice provides home health and hospice care to residents in more than 100 towns across Vermont and New Hampshire. The organization provides care for the most vulnerable individuals, including the frail, elderly, disabled, at-risk families, people with terminal illnesses, children with chronic medical needs and the uninsured and underinsured. Its mission is to provide exceptional home health and hospice services that enhance the lives of those we serve.

While VNH Home Health and Hospice programs are the organization’s most well-known services, VNH also offers Long Term Care services and Maternal Child Health services. The staff are committed to supporting individuals from before birth to end-of-life care, and everything in between.

This event is free and open to the public. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the library at 802-885-3108.
