Lillian C. Burns (Leblanc) SPRINGFIELD, VT -In loving memory of Lillian C. Burns (Leblanc). She passed away peacefully on July 1, 2023, at her new home in Providence Forge, VA. Lillian was born May 23, 1945, in Springfield, VT, to Dominique and Marie Clare Leblanc. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, daughter, grandmother, aunt, and friend. Lillian dedicated her life to her family, pouring unbounded love into their lives. Lillian had a passion for providing support and friendship for those around her. Putting the needs of others ahead of her pains was a treasure to all of us. Lillian will be deeply missed. Lillian had many talents, which include being an exceptional cake decorator. She was a masterful cribbage player and a patient mentor. She enjoyed the horse races at Santa Anita, and the dogs at Hinsdale. Lillian was a career bingo player; dabbing with the best of them. Lillian is survived by; her children Terry (Stacy), Leroy, Larry (Mary), Chuck (Ana), Gale (Scott), Jennifer (Rich); her grandchildren Mike (Rachelle), Andrew, Jacquelyn (Justin), Casey, Samantha (Quentin), Vanessa, Rachel, Quinn, Rory, Remy; her great-grandchildren Chloe, Taylor, Riley, Bill, Lincoln; her siblings Larry (Carmenza), Lorette (Don), Lucille, Noella, Roger. Lillian is preceded in death by; her parents Dominique and Marie Clare, her brother Lucien, her brothers-in-law Dave and Loring. Visitation will be held at the Davis Memorial Chapel on Saturday, October 7, 2023 from 10:00 to 11:00am followed by a Memorial Service beginning at 11:00am. The burial will follow at the St. Mary’s Cemetery. There will be a celebration of life at the Springfield Elks from 3:00 to 8:00 PM.
