BRATTLEBORO, VT — Windham & Windsor Housing Trust (WWHT) recently announced the following staff achievements, as well as two new hires to the organization.
Lisa Kuneman, associate housing developer for WWHT, has graduated from NeighborWorks America’s Advancing Leaders in Real Estate Program. Through this program, Kuneman received online and in-person training, including at NeighborWorks America’s Training Institutes. She also received one-on-one mentoring.
“Lisa’s depth of knowledge has grown to anticipating challenges in every phase of development and working to ensure a smooth development process through complex legal, environmental and design issues,” says Peter Paggi, director of housing development with WWHT.
Sue Rousse, who has been with WWHT for seven years, has been promoted to manager of property management & leasing. With former experience in both Property Management and Leasing, Rousse’s knowledge and dedication to the mission of WWHT are excellent resources for her team.
Ana Mejia has joined the staff of WWHT as a homeownership specialist, and has passed the HUD Certification exam. Based in Hartford, VT, Ana recently served as facilitator for WWHT’s inaugural BIPOC Centered Homebuyer Group. Her previous work with SEVCA has given Mejia a deep understanding of the local resources that are available for WWHT clients.

Carriere comes to WWHT from Groundworks, where he worked for the last five years as a permanent supportive housing advocate.
