BARRE, VT — While the annual Banquet of Champions effectively closed out the 2023 racing season at Thunder Road, the Barre, VT, office continues to be hard at work. As such, Burnett Scrap Metals became the first in to re-up their commitment to Thunder Road International Speedbowl. The headline sponsor of the Road Warrior division since their popular return in 2017, Burnett Scrap Metals will remain connected to the fan-favorite division through the 2026 season.

While Chris Burnett busies himself throughout the summer with driver Jason Corliss both at Thunder Road and the American-Canadian Tour, he also keeps the Burnett Scrap Metals homebase in Hinesburg rocking and rolling, building on a 50-year customer base in eastern Vermont.

Burnett Scrap Metals has worked with residential homeowners and commercial construction and appliance companies, electricians and machine shops as a one-stop shop for scrap metal management. Burnett’s is also able to come on-site to remove large amounts of scrap metals from industrial sites in a one-time stop or long-term arrangements to best fit your schedule.
