N. WOODSTOCK, NH — Longtime White Mountain Motorsports Park supporter HK Powersports of Laconia and Hookset, NH, stepped up in a big way for the 2024 season. Brother and Sister Brian and Lisa Whalley have thrown their support behind opening day on Saturday, May 18, the first of two days in a big doubleheader opening weekend for New Hampshire’s Favorite Short Track.
HK Powersports Opening Day celebrations begin at 10 a.m. with the annual car show that is free and open to the public until noon. Following practice, the HK Powersports Opening Day program will include the beginning of 2024 track championship racing for the Foley Oil & Propane Late Models, Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank Strictly Stock Minis, Ammonoosuc Asphalt Mini Late Models and Wayne’s Market Dwarf Cars. HK Powersports Opening Day will also include the Dads 4 By Tool & Supply Kids Division and a visit from the R&R Race Parts NH Open Street Stocks.
HK Powersports will continue to be a billboard sponsor at the North Woodstock oval and have also supplied the White Mountain crew with a brand-new Can-Am Defender side-by-side for use by the track crew throughout the summer. White Mountain Motorsports Park will open the 2024 season with a huge doubleheader weekend starting on Saturday, May 18, with HK Powersports Opening Day headlined by the beginning of the ‘King of the Mountain’ Late Model track championship and the R&R Race Parts NH Open Street Stocks. HK Powersports Opening Day will also include the Strictly Minis, Mini Late Models, Dwarf Cars and the Kid’s Division along with the annual Car Show from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
