NEWPORT, NH -Ruth E. Holmes (Dines), 80, passed on May 27, 2024, in Newport, NH. She was born on March 19, 1944, in Windsor, VT, Ruth was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Ruth is survived by her daughter, Anne Proctor and her son, Walter Holmes and her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Holmes, and son Ronald Holmes.
A gathering of friends and family to celebrate Ruth’s life will be held on June 29th at 2 p.m. at 207 Unity Rd in Newport, NH.
