WALPOLE, NH– Rogeania R. Nason, 76, of Applewood Lane died Monday, October 28, 2024, at Maplewood Nursing Home in Westmoreland, NH. She was born in Bellows Falls, VT on August 4, 1948, the daughter of Stuart and Erma Day Whitaker. She was a 1966 graduate of Walpole High School.
She had worked at Holstein Freezer in Brattleboro, VT, Buffum’s Store in Bellows Falls and Bellows House Bakery in North Walpole. She was a member of the First Congregational Church in Walpole and on the Missions Committee for many years. She was an avid reader, loved music, enjoyed swimming in Maine and she was a very giving person.
She is survived by one daughter Aprille Nason, two sisters Bonita Lurvey and Brenda Edwards. She was predeceased by her husband, Dennis Nason, one sister Linda Muise and one brother, Gary Whitaker.
There will be a Graveside Service on Thursday October 31, 2024 at 2:00 pm in the Walpole Village Cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Fenton and Hennessey Funeral Home 55 Westminster St. Bellows Falls, VT.
