SPRINGFIELD, Vt. — A juvenile from Springfield was arrested for allegedly stealing a vehicle from the parking garage of a local business last month.
According to information provided by the Springfield Police Department on Tuesday, on Nov. 16 at 1:40 p.m., police received a report of a stolen vehicle. The department located the vehicle and recovered it “a couple of hours later within the town of Springfield.”
That juvenile suspect was taken into custody and subsequently issued a juvenile citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Family Division, Windsor Unit, in Woodstock, Vermont. The defendant faces alleged charges of operating without owner’s consent and grand larceny.
