CLAREMONT, N.H. — The Stevens High School field hockey team was well represented in this fall’s All-State selections, as the Cardinals had six selections that included one first teamer.
Junior Elizabeth Benware was selected to the first team for All-State to lead the pack. Second team selections included junior Taylor Bell and senior Paige Simonds. Honorable Mention selections were senior Sarah Wheeler, sophomore Callie Demars and junior Lillianna Clark.
“All players on my team are worthy of recognition as they played tremendously all together as a team,” Coach Abbey Rouillard said. “This is my second year as head coach and the transition has been different for some athletes, but we have plans to get together more with our sticks in the off-season and hope to come back even better next year.”
