NEWPORT, N.H. — More than 60 golfers participated in the Frozen Open on Saturday, Feb. 15 as part of the 109th Newport Winter Carnival. Creator of the event Lari Bell was this year’s trophy winner, shooting a 29. Refreshments were provided.
