PUTNEY, Vt. — A Newport, New Hampshire woman was arrested for cocaine possession during a raid of a Putney, Vermont, residence where alleged tracking of drugs was occurring.
According to the Windham County Sheriff’s Office, on March 6 at 5:30 a.m., members of the Windham County Sheriff’s Officers, along with officers from Bellows Falls and Brattleboro Police Departments, executed a search warrant at a residence on Shag Bark Hill.
“After a months long investigation, the Windham County Sheriff’s Office applied for and was granted a court ordered search warrant for a property on Shag Bark Hill in Putney, VT,” a press release by the Windham Count Sheriff’s Department stated.
Terry A. Parson, 41 of Putney, was arrested for Trafficking of Fentanyl and Possession of Cocaine-Greater than 2.5 grams.
Shamaine Cunningham, 33 of Thomaston, Connecticut, was arrested for having an active arrest warrant.
Mystidawn O’Connor-Richards, 23 of Springfield, Vermont, was arrested for having an active arrest warrant.
Kelly A. Gobin, 51 of Newport, was arrested for possession of cocaine-less than 2.5 grams.
Cunningham and O’Connor-Richards were transported to the Superior Court of Vermont -Criminal Division, Windham Unit to be arraigned on their active arrest warrants.
Gobin and Parson were transported to the Windham County Sheriff’s Office for processing and released on citation to appear in court, which has been scheduled for April 29.
