Volunteers needed for The Wall That Heals event

CLAREMONT, N.H. — The city of Claremont, New Hampshire, is honored to host The Wall That Heals, a traveling replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, and volunteers are needed to help make this meaningful event possible.

This is one of only two stops in New England. Volunteers play a crucial role in ensuring visitors have a welcoming and impactful experience.

Hundreds of people are needed to help 24/7 from setup on Wednesday, June 25 through tear down on Sunday, June 29. No experience necessary, just a willingness to serve and support veterans and their families. Volunteers must be 18 years old or accompanied by an adult.

With the exception of setup and tear down anyone volunteering is strongly encouraged to attend orientation Wednesday (June25) at 6pm.

Volunteers are needed to assist with:
Set-up and take-down of the memorial
Welcoming and guiding visitors
Providing information and support to guests

The event will take place from June 25 to June 29 at Monadnock Park, 190 Broad Street, in Claremont, New Hampshire, and shifts are available throughout the day. Whether you can give a few hours or a full day, your time and dedication will make a difference. If you can’t volunteer, please consider making a donation.
