CONGRATULATIONS TO NEWPORT’S Sergeant Aaron Waterman, who just graduated from the New Hampshire Drug Recognition Expert program. Sergeant Waterman has advanced training in detecting and evaluating drivers who are impaired by illegal drugs and prescription medications. His hard work in this school will help to make Newport’s roads safer.
