WINDSOR, Vt. — The Lucy Mackenzie Humane Society is holding a rabies vaccination and microchip clinic for dogs and cats on Saturday, April 26 from 9 to 11 a.m. Since this is a first come, first serve event, pre-registration is not required. It costs $20 for each rabies vaccination and microchip. To receive a rabies vaccination, all animals must be 3 months or older, and it must be at least 10 months since their previous rabies vaccination. A prior rabies vaccination certificate is required to receive a three-year certificate. Otherwise, a one-year certificate will be issued.
All dogs must be kept on a leash and all cats must be safely in their crates at all times.
