CSB welcomes new Board of Trustees, Corporators 

CLAREMONT, N.H. — Claremont Savings Bank, a locally-owned bank since 1907, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Board of Trustees at their Annual Meeting in April along with three new Corporators. Please join us in welcoming Greg Soho and Noah Souza to the Board of Trustees and Joshua Dufresne, Nancy Merrill and Jeremy St. Pierre as new Corporators. 

Greg Soho is the co-owner and CFO of Granite Air Center. Soho’s background in finance and aviation, along with his long history of community involvement, will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our operations. Noah Souza brings his expertise in technology as the leader of IT DevOps at Hypertherm. With Souza’s experience in digital transformation and modern business processes, he will bring a fresh perspective to the board.

Joshua Dufresne, CEO of North Star Health, has led health care organizations through significant challenges, including during the pandemic. Nancy Merrill, who previously served as the Director of Planning and Economic Development for Claremont, is an expert in economic growth and community development. And Jeremy St. Pierre, President of St. Pierre Inc., has a deep commitment to both his work in construction and to his community. Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to help Claremont Savings Bank continue moving forward.
